I had an '87 Toyota MR-2 that my girlfriend said the gear-shift looked very 'anatomical'. At least once a month she would razz me about it. On several occasions I had to fly out of town for business meetings, leaving the car in the garage and taking a taxi to the airport. Once, when I returned, anxious to take my car out for a spin, upon entering the car I immediately noticed a very strong feminine smell that was NOT perfume. As I started the car and backed out of the garage, I noticed the gearshift was sticky.
Speak for yourself. I drive several different Manual Cars AND trucks. It just so happens that 90% of Americans dont know how to drive these days. and of those, 70%ish of them dont know how to drive Manuals.
