إلى Shrick : Kann ich dir auch nur empfehlen mal auszuprobieren. Mache es nicht zu lange und taste dich vorsichtig ran. Dann kannst ja entscheiden, ob du mal 2 Tage gar nicht spritzen willst und 2 Wochen es nur überhaupt sehr schwer geht.
Einen der Ringe sollte man aufschneiden und quer unter alle legen, dann verletzte man sich nicht beim aufschneiden/aufzwicken.
